Santa Clarita Life Coach and author Alex Urbina was recently on his weekly, live, radio show to discuss Heartfelt Leadership with special guest Dina Cervantes.
Growing up and looking at the world around me and my situation I wanted things to change for the better, Cervantes said. So that is why I finally took it upon myself to make the change and be the change that I wanted to see in my community.
You must first work on yourself before you can work on or with others in a leadership role, Alex said.
