Santa Clarita life coach Alex Urbina was joined in the studio on his most recent radio show by local resident Ellen Como. They had a live, on-air coaching session.

Ellen shared that she has a lot of trouble dating because she goes into each date with a lot of doubt.

Alex encourages her to think with her heart over her head, saying that thinking too much with your head leads to over analyzing and brings up fear.

Ellen shares that she comes from a place where she recognizes a lot of times in the past that she gave people the benefit of the doubt when they didn’t deserve it, and in doing so hurt herself.

“The past can taint the present moment of unlimited amount of possibilities for prince charming to come into your life,” said Alex. “You could be tainting all of these opportunities for you to create something extraordinary.”

Alex tells her that she has done a great job working on herself and becoming her own best friend in order to be healthy and attract healthy relationships.

Alex has worked with hundreds of different school districts, community centers, universities and non- profits both with the states and abroad. He takes on a limited number of one-on-one clients per year including couples, coaches, educators and other trainers.
