On this episode of the “Listed by Mina Kuper” radio show, Mina welcomes special guests Richard Wang and Gannon Laidlaw.

Mina begins speaking with Richard who is launching a structured service platform that is based on the Disney institute. His firms mission was to identify pain points for clients, such as lack of customer interaction and improve these areas by making them positive experiences that will compel clients to remain.

Gannon is an insurance broker who spoke about the importance of having insurance. Growing up in Northern California, Gannon discussed being evacuated from his family home on multiple occasions due to wildfires which sparked his interest in insurance. He also played college football and said his time protecting the quarterback is how he treats his clients in protecting their assets.
