This whole week I was trying to pay attention to the opportunities that arose for me to take responsibility and not BLAME others, Jazmine said.

It is very easily to blame others, Alex said. However that is not a healthy way of living, and if you stop and think about not blaming others but taking responsibility that can transform your life and way of living.
That is the purpose of talking about topics such as this, that is to plant seeds and have them grow overtime.
No one is the way they are or grew to become who they are overnight, Alex said. It takes time to change.
