Today on Real Estate and Other Stuff, it is Phil and Taylor telling everyone all the latest news in real estate and more. They start out with a quick update on Phil’s house and the process of it being sold. Then, it’s that time for By the Numbers, where Phil asks Taylor to guess the number of active listings and more.

Subsequently, they move onto the topic of Miami real estate agent who was arrested for money laundering. Apparently, she used the money that was supposed to go to charity to get a Bentley and pay for her rent.

Then Baby Blue ripped off PPP and was sent to prison for a year. The big question Phil asks is did he get to keep the money or not when he went to jail. Both Phil and Taylor share their thoughts not he topic and what may have happened in the end in regards to what happened to the money.

The quality of life rankings is up next along with the 7 most overpriced grocery store items which include precut fruit, rice mixes, granola, and more.
