Today on Real Estate and Other Stuff, it is Phil and Taylor giving everyone all the latest news in real estate and more. Phil overlooked a very important financial matter and took pricy responsibility for it by paying $25k out of pocket due to the mistake.

Then, Phil and Taylor give their insights on various topics such as Stevenson Ranch cell tower stopped, China’s hot air balloon over Montana, and US mortgage rates drops down. Instead of the fun game of guessing the houses on the market, it’s guessing the prices of eggs. This time, tables have turned where Taylor is asking Phil to guess the prices of egg across the country and why the shortage began in the first place.

Afterward, Phil and Taylor discuss about how US court rejects J&J bankruptcy to offload the talc. products, which their talcum products have been an issue for quite some time now. They discuss the different type of bankruptcies one can file and what it means such as Ch. 11 and Ch. 13.

Lastly, they bring up the topics of clear cooperation policy and Thomas Girardi’s situation. He was an extremely high profile trial attorney who’s wife was part of the real housewives show. Girardi swindled money from his clients and currently at 8 counts of wire fraud. Phil and Taylor share their thoughts on the subject and that it’s very likely Girardi had many friends in high powerful positions where only now, is it coming to light.
