Marla believes that the key to finding the right home is based on a number of factors. Finding the happy medium for a client is often based on their time horizon and price points which are often dictated by the fed.

“Inflation is definitely here, they have raised the rates five times this year and I think they’re beginning to see the effects,” Marla said. “We’ve had five huge rate hikes in the last six months, and it’s creating payments that are 40-50% higher making affordability so low.”
