Santa Clarita life coach Alex Urbina was joined in the studio on his most recent radio show by local resident Erin Acquaviva for a live coaching session about fending off self doubt and the importance of a life coach.

“The show is all about life coaching and figuring out how to create maximum value for yourself through life coaching or with life coaching,” said Alex.

Erin admits on the show that she feels a lot of self doubt when it comes to some recent career changes. One of the many advantages of having a life coach is that you have someone to call in those weak moments who can talk you up and remind you of your value, according to Alex.

“It is so important to have someone who believes in you more than you believe in yourself,” says Alex.

Erin asked Alex how she will know when she is fulfilling her purpose, and Alex encouraged her to check in with herself because when you are doing what you should be doing, you’ll feel it.

One great thing about having a coach is that they challenge you, and challenge you to challenge yourself while coming from such a loving and compassionate space, according to Erin.

“It’s perfect for everyone to have someone in your corner who challenges you and who speaks into your greatness,” said Erin.
