“In less than 11 months, we’ve moved over 4.5 million cubic yards of dirt and our first three buildings are underway,” said Balestra, the senior vice president for Trammell Crow Company, who is in charge of the project development. “The pads are effectively completed for the first building.”
The newest Santa Clarita business park, headed up by Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and the Clarion Partners, includes approximately 869,000 square feet of industrial space spread across seven buildings.
