Dr. Polucki reveals his five most important practices and guidelines he follows to live a happy and healthier life.

In a year filled with an overwhelming amount of Covid-19 news, Jade helps Barbara and Dr. Dorio reflect on the other intense stories that occurred throughout 2020. Last year brought about more bad news than good, but that doesn’t mean the events and stories written about those events weren’t amongst the most impactful of the year.
