On this episode of The Senior Hour with Dr. Gene Dorio and Barbara Cochran, Dr. Thomas Polucki, DC, joins the show. Dr. Polucki calls in to the show to talk about his five best ways for a person to avoid Covid-19 and better their overall health. Dr. Polucki discusses the need for every person to pay better attention to their health and nutrition now more than ever, and says that the simple practice of maintaining a proper diet can prevent more illnesses than just Covid-19. Living a healthy lifestyle is something that every person strives to do, but not everyone does so. Dr. Polucki reveals his five most important practices and guidelines he follows to live a happy and healthier life.

Later in the show, KHTS News Reporter, Jade Aubuchon, comes in to the studio to talk about the top 10 biggest stories in Santa Clarita from 2020. In a year filled with an overwhelming amount of Covid-19 news, Jade helps Barbara and Dr. Dorio reflect on the other intense stories that occurred throughout 2020. Last year brought about more bad news than good, but that doesn’t mean the events and stories written about those events weren’t amongst the most impactful of the year. Join Jade as she walks Barbara and Dr. Dorio down memory lane in a year that most have already decided they want to forget.
