Cool Off Your Summer With Chocolatey Oreo Pudding

One of the many reasons your house may be so hot this summer is because you’re using your oven. This no-bake Chocolate Oreo Pudding Pie is sure to keep both you and your home cool.

As a part of KHTS’ recipe category “Hometown Recipes,” this smooth and cool Oreo Pudding Pie is sure to make these dog days of summer a little less hot.

Ingredients

For this recipe you’ll need:

  • 1 Oreo pie crust
  • 1 box of chocolate Jell-O pudding mix (large box, 5.9 oz)
  • 1 package cool whip (8 oz)
  • 6 Oreo cookies, crumbled

Directions

Now that your house isn’t melting since you didn’t need to turn on your oven, it’s time to assemble all these ingredients together:

  1. Mix pudding according to the box.
  2. After pudding is done, mix half of the crumbled Oreos in the pudding.
  3. Pour half of pudding mixture into the prepared crust.
  4. Evenly spread a thin layer of Cool Whip on top of pudding mixture.
  5. Pour in the remainder of pudding.
  6. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
  7. Dust with reserved crumbled Oreo cookies. Refrigerate for one hour.
