The KHTS Emergency Expo is set to teach emergency preparedness on Saturday, April 27 at the 10th Annual Santa Clarita Home and Garden Show at Central Park.

Santa Clarita emergency services are set to have displays, presentations and drills, in partnership with the City of Santa Clarita and Los Angeles County officials.

In addition to being able to purchase emergency-related products, visitors can learn about emergency preparedness with exhibitors and vendors.

An interactive feature of the KHTS Emergency Expo is set to feature fire engines to climb aboard and Sheriff’s Station vehicles with sirens to activate.

The Emergency Expo is set to demonstrate the “Jaws of Life,” rescue techniques used by the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

The event is scheduled for Saturday only, but emergency vendors are expected to be at the KHTS Home and Garden show the whole weekend.

The KHTS Home and Garden Show is set to take place on Saturday, April 27 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, April 28 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Central Park located at 27150 Bouquet Canyon Road.
