A young child was transported to the hospital Tuesday evening after they fell from a second-story window in Newhall, officials said.
Around 6:36 p.m. Tuesday, emergency responders received reports of a pediatric patient who had fallen out of the window of a residence on Newhall Avenue, according to a dispatcher with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
“We went on a call for a young child who fell, and transported to a local hospital,” said the dispatcher.
The child was transported by ground to a hospital in Northridge for treatment, according to officials.
