City Of Santa Clarita To Conduct Survey About Parks And Recreation Work Plan

The City of Santa Clarita is scheduled to conduct a community survey in order to improve the City’s Parks and Recreation Work Plan, according to officials.

“We’re asking the community to give us any feedback or ideas on how their experience has been with programs and activities,” said Kevin Strauss, communication specialist for the City. “This will inform our next community plan.”

The community survey is expected to affect how the Parks and Recreation Work Plan is carried out. Those who are chosen to participate are asked to share how they feel about parks and recreation activities in Santa Clarita, officials said.

“Where we are in the process is the initial stages, so we’re just looking for feedback,” Strauss said.

A random selection of Santa Clarita residents are scheduled to participate in the survey via mail, email or phone call. Those selected should complete the survey at their earliest convenience, according to officials.
