College of the Canyons (COC) is set to host an information night on campus from incoming students or people thinking of making COC their next step.
The information night is set for Tuesday, Feb. 28 at both the Valencia and Canyon Country campuses for possible students.
The 45-minute long information session is scheduled to cover things like eligibility, program requirements, acceptance criteria and benefits like financial aid.
Students can learn more about the admissions timeline, financial aid process and the different certificates and associate degrees offered.
Also on the agenda is the Canyons Promise program, which gives qualified students the chance to attend with free tuition for the first two years. The program is not limited to recent high school graduates, only first-time college students.

- 6 to 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, February 28 – Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center (PAC), Valencia campus.
- (Spanish Session) 7:15 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, February 28 – Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center (PAC), Valencia campus.
- 6 to 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, February 28 – Takeda Science Center (CCLB 110), Canyon Country campus.
- (Spanish Session) 7:15 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, February 28 – Takeda Science Center (CCLB 110), Canyon Country campus.
Admission to all information night events is free and open to the public as well as parking.
