Discussing Santa Clarita Valley issues and concerns in the nation’s capitol, KHTS AM-1220 and a delegation 39 are taking in Washington, D.C. and discussing priorities on the KHTS Washington, D.C. trip.

Amidst different tours of the Library of Congress and even the White House, the KHTS AM-1220 group took part in discussions on a number of different topics, such as business, cyber security, legislation and more.
“We’re getting a good look at some mental health plans and ideas that we’re looking forward to introducing to Santa Clarita,” said KHTS station co-owner Carl Goldman. “They’re giving us a good look at a lot of different landscapes that could all apply to the city.”

“While we’re bringing some more information to the community, we’re also looking into bringing further funding to the city through these contacts,” Goldman said.
