Week Two
Redondo Union: 42
Saugus (2-1): 21
The Sea Hawks gave the Centurions fits on the ground all night long, sustaining drives via the running game. Saugus routinely got caught attempting to arm tackle.
”Blocking and tackling,” said head coach Jason Bornn, summing it up as nothing more and nothing less after the game.
Saugus visits Thousand Oaks next week.

Silverado: 19
Valencia (2-0): 69
Jake Santos (5 total touchdowns) dominated on both sides of the ball, as the Vikings put up 60 points for the second consecutive week.
Things will undoubtedly get tougher with a visit to Sierra Canyon next Saturday.

Golden Valley (2-0): 33
Quartz Hill: 21
Luke McCoy got his opportunity at quarterback for the Grizzlies and the junior led the way with four touchdowns.
GV faces Rio Mesa next week in a battle of 2-0 teams.

West Ranch (3-0): 42
Antelope Valley: 22
West Ranch’s hot start to the season continues with 3 straight 40+ point performances.
Additionally, the win against Antelope Valley is the first in Wildcats history (thanks to Barrie Eget for the stat).
West Ranch hosts Royal next week looking to move to 4-0.
