Search Continues For Missing Valencia High Student, Last Sighting In Inglewood

A Valencia High School student is still missing Sunday after disappearing from the campus on Wednesday morning.

Law enforcement officials believe 15-year-old Amanda Toral may have been seen in Inglewood, and have expanded their search for the girl to other cities in Los Angeles County.

“Miss Toral suffers from anxiety and depression, her family is very concerned for her well-being,” according to a statement from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. “She may frequent the cities of Inglewood and Compton.”

The girl was last seen just before 8 a.m. on Sept. 12 at Valencia High School, said Ruben Zuniga, her father. The school is located on Dickason Drive.

“This is not like her at all,” Zuniga said. “She has never done this before.”

The family recently moved to the Santa Clarita Valley and she was just starting her first year at Valencia, he added.

She is described as a 15-year-old Hispanic girl, 5 feet two inches tall and weighing 110 pounds with long brown hair and brown eyes.

Toral was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black top, Vans shoes and a backpack with a brown lower-half, according to her family.

  2. Hope she is ok, posting about her mental issues publicly won’t help her self esteem. Keep your kids safe let them no you will always love them and don’t be afraid to check thier internet history once in awhile. Kids don’t need monitored internet.
