Three Juveniles Arrested For Assaulting 14-Year-Old

Three juveniles were arrested by detectives after allegedly assaulting a 14-year-old boy and stealing his jewelry earlier this month.

On Thursday, Feb. 9, deputies responded to the corner of 13th Street and Walnut Street in Newhall regarding an assault of a 14-year-old boy.

Three juvenile boys allegedly physically assaulted the boy and stole his jewelry, according to Deputy Natalie Arriaga, spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

Career Offender, Burglary Robbery and Assault (COBRA) detectives arrested the three boys with the help of the Crime Impact Team.

The suspects were arrested for felony robbery and booked into Sylmar Juvenile Hall.
