WiSH Education Foundation To Host Fundraiser, Give Away Donated Car

The WiSH Education Foundation is set to receive a donated car from AutoNation in Valencia in an effort to raise funds and drum up support for the organization.

“This is the fourth year AutoNation has donated a car to the WiSH Education Foundation as a fundraiser for the organization that raises money for the 22,000 students in the William S. Hart Union High School District,” according to district officials.

Guests can make a $25 donation for a chance to win a brand new 2018 Honda Civic LX.

The event is set to begin on March 6 at 6 p.m. at AutoNation Chevrolet, located at 23649 Valencia Blvd.

Tickets are set to be sold until 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday, as the raffle is scheduled to be at 7 p.m. Ticket holders are required to be present in order to be eligible to win, according to officials.

WiSH Executive Director Amy Daniels, along with AutoNation representatives, are expected to attend the event.

WiSH is a foundation that exclusively supports the William S. Hart Union High School District.

Their mission is to provide additional funding to the district’s schools. Their contributions have reached nearly $340,000 in under six years, according to the WiSH website.
