Adopt This Re’bark’able Dog Melvin

Back in March, Melvin arrived at the Castaic Animal Care Center as a stray dog and is now available for adoption.

Melvin is a 3-year-old, 37-pound Labrador retriever mix who is available for adoption and ready to find his forever home and family.

Melvin loves to play with a ball and has an injured front left leg and medical notes that are available from the staff, according to officials.

The staff at Castaic Animal Care Center requires a home with middle-school-age or older kids with no other dogs for Melvin.

Those interested in meeting Melvin (#A5541705) can come in during their walk-in hours of 2-5 p.m. daily and from 2-7 p.m. on Wednesdays or schedule an appointment on the website
