The City of Santa Clarita’s SENSES block parties are set to make a return to Main Street in Old Town Newhall in August, September, and October with live music, food trucks and other activities.

The return comes after a year of cancellation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Three block parties are scheduled over the course of August, September and October, each with different themes. 

The first one is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 19 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. with a “Sports of All Sorts” theme. Partygoers can participate in games and sporting activities. 

On Thursday, Sept. 16, residents can enjoy a Las Vegas-themed night, with outdoor casino games, live entertainment, and adult beverages from the on-street bar.

To close out the 2021 SENSES slate, a Harvest Festival-themed event is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 21 with a Scarecrow Alley, scarecrow decorating contest, pumpkin bowling and cider.
