“Park staff responded immediately and the guest was safely removed from the ride and transported to a local hospital for evaluation,” said Jerry Certino, spokesperson for Six Flags Magic Mountain & Hurricane Harbor. “The safety of our guests is always our top priority and the ride will remain closed for a full inspection.”

Designed by roller coaster manufacturer Premier Rides, Full Throttle opened to the public in 2013, and has the tallest verticle loop design in North America at 160 feet.

ORIGINAL STORY: Around 4:05 p.m. Saturday, first responders received reports of a person having their foot stuck in the tracks of a roller coaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, according to a dispatch supervisor with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

When firefighters arrived on scene they confirmed there was one person stuck, according to Fire officials.

The person was freed from the tracks moments later and suffered minor injuries, according to the dispatch supervisor.

As of 4:15 p.m., it is unclear if the person that got stuck was an employee or guest of the park.

Louie was born and raised in Santa Clarita. At the age of two Louie lost his vision due to a brain tumor. Growing up Louie has always wanted to be a fire fighter or a police officer, but because of his blindness Louie knew that wouldn't work. Louie has always loved listening to police and fire radio traffic, using a scanner, and he figured if he was going to listen to the scanner so much, he should do something with it.
