Crab N Spice To Take Over Johnny Rockets Valencia Town Center Location

The Johnny Rockets location at the Valencia Westfield Town Center closed shop for the final time on Friday, making way for a new seafood restaurant, Crab N Spice, officials said.

Known for its 50s diner theme, burgers and shakes, Johnny Rockets has been a mainstay of the local mall since the 1990s.

The location is expected to be filled by the seafood restaurant Crab N Spice, according to Audra Cheney, marketing manager for Westfield Valencia Town Center mall.

The restaurant is known for its unique twists on seafood classics as well as its signature Crab N Spice sauce.

As of Tuesday, there is no concrete timeline for the seafood restaurant to officially open at the Valencia Westfield Town Center, however the restaurant is expected to fill the vacancy “soon,” according to Cheney.

Crab N Spice originally opened in 2014 in Ventura and opened a second location in Palmdale in 2017, according to their website.

Their website also lists a number of upcoming locations in addition to Valencia, including Sacramento, Bakersfield, Elk Grove and Arizona.
