Embrace Your Smile Orthodontics hosted a community event Wednesday for their recently opened Valencia location.

Now operating at two locations, one in Newhall and a new one in Valencia, the Embrace Your Smile Orthodontics team is treating patients from all over Santa Clarita.

The Valencia location has been open at 27891 Smyth Drive, Unit A since January, according to Dr. Megan LeCornu. The community event celebrated being settled in and operating normally.

“What’s really cool for us about this location is increasing the convenience for families,” LeCornu said.

With a large number of patients only being available after school hours, having a second location with even more room allows the doctors to see more patients during a high-traffic time of day, according to LeCornu.

“We are keeping our location open in Newhall, and that’s going to be open three days a week,” LeCornu said. “But this is going to be open, eventually, four days a week.”

The Valencia location sports a larger, open clinic in order to accommodate families only available after school.

“The layout of our office is to make lives more convenient for families,” LeCornu said.

The space Embrace Your Smile Orthodontics now inhabits was previously industrial space, but the practice has transformed it to be uniquely their own. A large docking bay garage door has been painted the businesses accent color of teal and is used as a window shade.

Currently, the Valencia location operates two days per week, Monday and Wednesday, and they are planning to begin operation on Thursdays as well, according to officials.

The new facility also allows for new lab space, developing digital bonding systems.

“3D printing is going into almost all aspects of every industry that exists, and it’s absolutely coming into orthodontics,” LeCornu said. “We have a space for those printers on location. Our 3D printing is for patient care. It will be for models, appliances and also how we set up our braces.”
