AYSO Introduces New Soccer Program

The American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) has recently rebranded its VIP Program to Everyone Plays In Our Community (EPIC), a free adaptive soccer program to celebrate the capabilities of players with intellectual or physical challenges.

The AYSO Region 678 located in Valencia plans to offer a free adaptive soccer program this coming fall.

The EPIC program celebrates the capabilities of players with intellectual or physical challenges and meets players where they are at.

Region 678 is excited to welcome players from Santa Clarita and beyond that would not normally participate in youth sports.

Practices and games are set to be held at various locations in the Valencia and Newhall area, added officials.

The season is set to begin this fall and usually runs from mid-August to November.
