The Santa Clarita Elks Lodge has donated $2,000 worth of gift cards to veterans through the Santa Clarita Veteran Services Collaborative (SCVSC).
The donations of Walmart and Lowe’s gift cards were made as part of a $3,000 grant from Elks International and are set to be available to veterans in Santa Clarita through the Veteran Center on Lyons Avenue in Newhall.
The Santa Clarita Elks Lodge, also known as Elks Lodge #2379, has been supporting the SCVSC for three years in addition to providing weekly donations to SCVSC’s food pantry.
