Hart’s 37th Annual Rampage Marching Band & Color Guard Tournament Coming To Santa Clarita

Featuring hundreds of band and color guard students from across Santa Clarita, Hart’s 37th Annual Rampage Marching Band and Color Guard Tournament is taking over the College of the Canyons Cougar Stadium in late October.

Musicians and dancers in high school band and color guard teams are coming from California and other neighboring states to compete in the 2021 Rampage event, where spectators are given the opportunity to watch their routines while enjoying other festivities.

“We are thrilled to bring back the biggest premier band event to Santa Clarita,” said Adrienne Reisinger, Rampage 2021 Publicity Chairperson. “Hart Rampage hosted by Hart Regiment Band and Color Guard is one of the largest events of its kind in Southern California.”

Showcasing musical talents across Santa Clarita high school’s, Hart’s 37th Annual Rampage Marching Band & Color Guard Tournament is scheduled on Saturday, Oct. 30 at the College of the Canyons Cougar Stadium in Valencia.

The community is invited to the day-long event to see the many high school musicians and dancers perform at a single venue, marking the biggest premier band event in Santa Clarita, according to Reisinger.

Not only providing visual entertainment, the venue has also invited food vendors, merchandise booths and many raffle prizes throughout the day-long event, according to organizers with the tournament.

Gates open at 12 p.m. and the day is expected to conclude with an award ceremony

In previous years, officials reported high records of attendance with 35 bands and color guard teams from around neighboring states, according to Reisinger.

Tickets are expected to be available at the gate for admission: $10 for adults, $8 for students and seniors and free for children under the age of 5.
