In-N-Out Burger To Open New Location In Santa Clarita

In-N-Out Burger is expected to open a new location in Santa Clarita, officials said Friday.

The new location is set to be in the former El Torito building in the 27500 block of The Old Road in Valencia, according to officials.

Yair Haimoff, SIOR and Randy Cude of Spectrum Commercial Real Estate, Inc., announced a recent 71,874-square-foot ground lease with the restaurant, according to their website.

The new location “features ample parking, and it offers tremendous freeway and highway visibility,” The Real Estate website reads. “This location is at the gateway to Six Flags Magic Mountain/Hurricane Harbor, which boasts more than three million visitors annually.”

It is also across from three major developments, Newhall Ranch which is set to have 21,000 homes, Entrada South, 1,600 residential units and Entrada North 75 acres of mixed-use.

“With tremendous daily traffic counts at upwards of 380,000 cars per day, this restaurant use at this location will no doubt bring in many customers,” the website reads.

It is unclear when the restaurant is expected to open.

KHTS Radio reached out to In-N-Out for comment, but they were closed for the weekend.

  1. A “new” In-N-Out is coming to town and… it’s on the same street as another In-N-Out??? Now THAT’S news… or is it?!?!?!?

  2. The news about In and Out is great news, the only better news would be is if Porto’s bakery decided to open a spot in Santa Clarita

  3. Great tasting & healthy food at a fair price is what it’s all about! It’s driving many a family away from cooking at home, but the cost and quick service, heck remember you always have that choice! My choice In-N-Out 10 to 1 over Mickie D’s keep it up Lindsay!

  4. Agreed, there should be a Porto’s or a Gelson’s with a Wolfgang Puck

About Louie Diaz

Louie was born and raised in Santa Clarita. At the age of two Louie lost his vision due to a brain tumor. However, Louie doesn't let blindness stop him from doing what ever it is he wants to accomplish. Growing up some of his favorite hobbies were wood working, fishing and riding bikes. Louie graduated from College of the Canyon in December of 2017, with a Broadcast Journalism degree. Growing up Louie has always wanted to be a fire fighter or a police officer, but because of his blindness Louie knew that wouldn't work. Louie has always loved listening to police and fire radio traffic, using a scanner, and he figured if he was going to listen to the scanner so much, he should do something with it.
