The new In-N-Out Burger in Valencia is now in it’s later stages of construction bringing it closer to an opening day.
“Our new location at 27510 The Old Road in Valencia is in the later stages of construction, however, it is still too early to predict an opening date,” said Mike Abbate, assistant vice president of real estate and development for In-N-Out.
The company chose to open a new restaurant at the former El Torito location at the base of Six Flags Magic Mountain.
Since the announcement of the newest Santa Clarita location which was made last September, crews have completely flattened the El Torito building and rebuilt the more than 71,000 square foot In-N-Out Burger.
This new location is not replacing any of the other three In-N-Out locations in Santa Clarita, and is expected to help relieve traffic and the demand for burgers at the Stevenson Ranch restaurant just a few miles south.
“We look forward to having this great location in Valencia to serve our customers soon,” Abbate said.

Ummm…there is no way this In-N-Out is 71,000 square feet. The lot is not large enough!

Shhh! They heard you!
At least they don’t need a parking lot, everyone will just be lined up in the middle of the street. They’re overrated anyways…
They are going to add two pick-up lanes in the I5 South on-ramp out back.
One Diamond lane, one metered lane, and 2 robotic pickup lanes, for customers who prepay by credit card only.
Lol! I could seriously picture some poor kid walking up & down the freeway with a tablet taking orders!
They would bank serious coin when the I–5 pass shuts for snow. A few golf carts and the Mobile unit could service the northbound lanes from the weigh station.
Worst case they line up in the mall parking lot for some Christ-filet, except for Sunday’s of course
No way it’s 71,000 sq ft? Have you seen how thin they can mash a patty? They’re good at compressing…
