As the Santa Clarita Public Libraries gear up for fall programming in September, residents are reminded to continue to use the wide variety of services and online resources during the August programming break.
Residents can come and visit the libraries during normal operating hours to check out books, use computers, leisure read, study and more.
Visitors must follow the L.A. County Public Health order guidelines and wear masks while inside the library.
People are also encouraged to participate in the upcoming Summer Book Bag Sale from Aug. 7 through Aug. 13, as well as the Food for Fines event by donating canned goods and non-perishables throughout September.
Additionally, residents can peruse Back to School resources like HelpNow and Explora for Students, along with a plethora of career resources for adults.
The eLibrary is also available for residents during the library’s programming break in August so residents can access eBooks, audiobooks, music, videos, and magazines.
