Six Couples Say ‘I Do’ On Valentine’s Day In Joint Wedding Ceremony

Six couples said “I do” in a joint wedding ceremony at the Centre on Valentine’s Day, hosted by officials with the Santa Clarita Valley.

Friends and families sat in excited anticipation as they got ready to watch their loved ones get married to their sweethearts during the City of Santa Clarita’s “The Big I Do” event on Valentine’s Day.

The Centre was decorated with fresh flowers, red heart balloons, and white arches, while friends and families watched their loved ones get married to their soulmates.

All six grooms came out one by one right after another. After the grooms, a violinist played Pachelbel’s Canon to herald the entrance of the brides, each dressed in white with loved ones attached to their arms ready to give them away.

Santa Clarita City Clerk Mary Cusick married all six couples, and after a short ceremony, and encouraged the newly married couples to give each other their first sweet kiss as a married couple.

A small reception with brunch, a DJ and a wedding cake was included at the end of the ceremony for each couple and their family members to celebrate the special occasion.
