  1. Is this the same woman who used to camp out in the alcove in front of Starbucks in the same vicinity? Rest Her Soul

    • No she has moved up past the Saugus speedway. I’m baffled why she is still on the streets as well as the other homeless people that I drive by daily.

      • Many of the homeless choose to be homeless & not take help offered to them, even from family Some don’t want responsibility or anyone near them. CA provides services for them that some take & some don’t, is why we have such a huge problem

        • Exactly. And I don’t feel sorry for those. They are out to prey on others. So not right. But fir those that except help are the ones that I don’t mind helping cause they show their appreciation and arent preying on anyone but trying to get out if them streets.

  2. So sad that she would die like that without any family around. I wonder what her story is and how she became homeless?

  3. Prayers for this woman and her two daughters. She should have never been homeless. She was a very giving and caring person. I’m certain her family has the story behind this shameful circumstance of her being homeless.
God bless her soul. Go rest high upon that mountain, Susie.

    • Yes I agree Susan was a beautiful woman who gave and helped others. And she wanted help. I wish I woud have helped her the way she helped me years ago. Her girls are in my prayers. I’m ashamed I didn’t help her when she needed it. May you rest in paradise Susan. May God forgive me for not being there for you. Prayers and condolences to her family.

  4. I wonder if this was the girl who had set up residence at via princessa & the 14 off ramp ?

  5. About Louie Diaz

Louie was born and raised in Santa Clarita. At the age of two Louie lost his vision due to a brain tumor. However, Louie doesn't let blindness stop him from doing what ever it is he wants to accomplish. Growing up some of his favorite hobbies were wood working, fishing and riding bikes. Louie graduated from College of the Canyon in December of 2017, with a Broadcast Journalism degree. Growing up Louie has always wanted to be a fire fighter or a police officer, but because of his blindness Louie knew that wouldn't work. Louie has always loved listening to police and fire radio traffic, using a scanner, and he figured if he was going to listen to the scanner so much, he should do something with it.
