  1. I like in canyon country I’m in a wheelchair I have cerebral palsy and I’m 59

  2. The new VIRUS—The damn “infolinks” pop-up ads that continue to block reading material at the bottom of the page!! Stop the damn Pop-up ads!!! It’s too hard to stop the “opt-out” with the tricky scam confusing wording!!

  3. If you’re going to separate Canyon Country then separate Saugus, Valencia, and Newhall. We are all one City.

  4. I agree with Ms Barini, why separate Canyon Country if it’s part of Santa Clarita. Obviously, Stevenson Ranch and Castaic are unincorporated and not part of the city so should be reported on separately. Better reporting will be expected in this environment.

  5. I agree with Barbara and Kat. One city!!!

  6. I personally would like to know where these people have been. No need for names, but am very curious…think we should be able to know “in case” we’ve run those same circles, etc. Is that possible?

  7. I agree this is absurd, other than Castaic and Stevenson’s Ranch, everywhere else is Santa Clarita. When it comes to crime this news site does it all the time, even if it is on the border they will write that it is Canyon Country.

  8. Is it just me but is it like pulling teeth to find the steps to take in order to get tested, if you are experiencing severe viral symptoms.

My granddaughter is running a high fever (103-104) and has no other symptoms other than high fever.
My daughter has been in contact with the pediatrician who said to just give her Tylenol. That’s it.
My husband and I (the grandparents) are both high risk. We were together just before the local lock-down started.
I don’t understand why they are not testing every person who has severe viral symptoms, especially high fever during a pandemic.
It looks as though they have special ‘criteria’ in order to test and our granddaughter is very young. Still, this is not acceptable to me. If our granddaughter does have COVID, her brother, her parents, both sets of grandparents (all high risk) and multiple other family members have most likely been exposed.

  9. Why are all you concerned about being one city?? I’ve lived in Santa Clarita since 84 and it’s always been divided as Canyon Country, Saugus, Newhall, Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Castaic! At least it narrows it down to exact area!
Stay safe stay healthy stay inside!

  10. When they say ten in Santa Clarita , what part of Santa Clarita is considered Santa Clarita ? break it down to the cities of SCV. Put on those masks or bandanas people and wash or sanitize those Hands after everything you touch out there. If masks don’t help, why do doctors wear them ?
