“We work with the Los Angeles County Uniform Bail Schedule and local judges daily to assure that our clients are given a fair bail amount,” said Inessa Chavez, vice president of All American Bail Bonds in Santa Clarita.
The Los Angeles County Uniform Bail Schedule is a set of guidelines for law enforcement to use when booking and setting the bail for an accused person.
“There are hundreds of charges detailed in the bail schedule along with how much the bail should be set at and if any other enhancements, also known as additional charges, should be added,” Chavez said.
Agents at All American Bail Bonds in Santa Clarita take the bail amount, set by a judge, to bail out a client.
“While agents at All American Bail Bonds in Santa Clarita do bail out hundreds people who have been charged of many crimes,” Chavez said, “they don’t bail out everyone, especially those with a chance of fleeing or who have extremely high bail amounts.”
