An employee of a local bar was arrested on Monday for grand theft after allegedly giving out free food and drinks since January.
On Monday, deputies responded to a bar on the 22900 block of Soledad Canyon Road in Santa Clarita for a grand theft report, said Deputy Kabrina Borbon, spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
“Between January and till September it was reported that the suspect was not charging customers at the business,” Borbon said.
Sloan Reisfelt, 30, from Valencia, was arrested for felony grand theft, according to officials.
Reisfelt was arrested by Santa Clarita Valley sheriff’s deputies and was released on citation to appear in court at a later date.
