Deputies are investigating a possible Canyon Country stabbing that resulted in no major injuries Tuesday afternoon.
Around 2:25 p.m., first responders received reports of a possible stabbing on Soledad Street and Furnivall Avenue in Canyon Country, said Jon Matheny, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
Deputies with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station are on scene and are still investigating what led up to the possible stabbing, according to officials.
“This is still under active investigation,” said Deputy Natalie Arriaga, spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
Firefighters cleared the scene soon after arriving and did not transport anyone to the hospital or report any injuries, according to Matheny.
The incident remains under investigation as of Tuesday.
