Man Arrested In Saugus For Outstanding Warrant, Possession Of ‘Large Amount’ Of Meth

A man was arrested in Saugus last Thursday for possession of methamphetamine and an outstanding warrant.

On Thursday, deputies with the Special Assignment Team patrolling the 26200 block of Bouquet Canyon Road in Saugus noticed a vehicle not adhering vehicle code driven by a man with an outstanding warrant, said Deputy Natalie Arriaga, spokesperson with The Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

“Upon speaking with the male driver, deputies learned he did not have a valid driver’s license,” Arriaga said.

While investigating the suspect, deputies learned he also had an active outstanding warrant for his arrest, Arriaga said.

“During a search of the vehicle, deputies located a plastic bag containing a large amount of methamphetamine and contraband used for sales of narcotics, as well as drug paraphernalia,” Arriaga added.

Tyler Wolter, 26, from Acton was ultimately arrested for possession of methamphetamine for sales and possession of drug paraphernalia, alongside his warrant, Arriaga said.

Wolter was booked into the SCV Sheriff’s Station and remains in custody as of Monday afternoon.

  1. Another chronic career criminal that refuses to get their act together!

    • He’s only 26…. he’ll figure it out. Not everyone had good parents who 0rovided for them and sent them off to college ,etc. It’s usually a lack of support tha can cause a person to turn to drug sales. Not condoning it but I wouldn’t exactly consider a 26 year old a “career criminal”.

  2. Outstanding Warrant means it was arrested (finally caught for previous crime(s)) & continued with Illegal lifestyles! It may not have had supportive parent(s), but it Got free taxpayer schools & general society teaching right from wrong! It is 26 & should know proper behaviors/lifestyles although listening to & emulating Gangster Rap(PC called hip hop to sell, sell, sell to brainwash gullible youth) can put kids into demonic trances!
