A San Leandro man was arrested for narcotics sales on Wednesday morning after being found with a “significant amount” of drugs and contraband in Santa Clarita.
On Wednesday around 11:15 a.m., deputies received reports of a suspicious person in the 27900 block of Kelley Johnson Parkway in Santa Clarita, said Deputy Natalie Arriaga, spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
After contacting the suspicious man in his car, deputies saw meth exposed in the vehicle, according to Arriaga.
“A search resulted in the recovery of a significant amount of Xanax pills, Fentanyl and contraband for use of narcotics sales,” Arriaga said.
The findings led to the arrest of 24-year-old Nicholas Swyers from San Leandro who was charged with felony possession of narcotics for sale, according to Arriaga.
Swyers was arrested and transported to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station with bail set at $0, according to arrest records.

Great job SCV Sheriff’s!
Hope he stays forever in prison
Let him rod there
Does anyone know (really) what if anything will happen with this guy? I’ve heard time and time again, that drugs charges are being disregarded when it comes to prosecution. ???
Honestly, he will probably spend a few days in Jail and be released with informal probation. Search “LA County Inmate Search”. There you can lookup anyone’s name to get an idea of the charges, court dates and actual release date. Hope this helps.
$0 bail. e’s already out. You get what you vote for.
Let him rod there, lool. Nice job chief.
