An off-duty Sheriff’s deputy was shot at during a road rage incident early Sunday morning in Valencia.
At about 2 a.m. Sunday, emergency responders received reports of shots fired at a vehicle near the intersection of Bouquet Canyon Road and Valencia Boulevard, according to Deputy Natalie Arriaga, spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
“During a road rage incident, an off duty deputy’s vehicle was shot at,” Arriaga said.
Deputies located a shell casing at the scene during the investigation, according to Arriaga.
The suspects remain at large as of the publication of this article.
The off-duty deputy was uninjured, and the investigation is ongoing, according to Arriaga.
