At around 12:30 a.m., officials with the Los Angeles County Fire Department were called to the Black ‘N Blue bar on the 24000 block of Town Center Drive by deputies with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

“They stated that there was a person that was reportedly stabbed,” said Supervisor Michael Pittman with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

However, when officials arrived on scene, they found that the injury was accidental, and was a result of an alleged instance of vandalism.

“He was kicked out of Black ‘N Blue for being excessively drunk,” said Deputy Tomlanson with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

Officials then discovered a window that had allegedly been punched through by the drunk individual, according to officials on scene.

The man was taken to a nearby hospital as a result of the injuries he sustained in the incident. Once discharged from hospital, he is expected to be taken into custody on felony vandalism charges, according to officials.

  1. Well let’s look at the positive despite his painful injury. At least he didn’t decide to drive instead.

  2. So sad you finally get a fun nice restaurant and now three bad things have happened within months that place has opened and ruins it for everyone else. Control your alcohol Idiots!

  3. He should of smoked a joint and hugged a tree instead.

  4. That place seems to attract bad news. Maybe they need to be more pro active and stop serving drinks to patrons who are showing signs of excessive drinking.

  5. Darwin should have had him put his head through the window instead of fist!

  6. That bar should not have over served him for him to be that drunk. They took his money then kicked him out. They have a obligation to not over serve people

    • People can make their own choices in life!! These are adults that act like children! It’s not a daycare where they have babysitters! Control liquor or pay for it later!!! Pretty simple!!! It could be bnb or another place u will still get idiots that can’t drink!

  7. Ohh, That’s why they call it the black and blue bar!
