Santa Clarita Crime Suppression Operation Nets Six Arrests

During a crime suppression operation in Santa Clarita Tuesday, deputies arrested six individuals including one individual for allegedly having a “large” amount of narcotics.

On Tuesday afternoon deputies with the Juvenile Intervention Team, (J-Team) arrested six individuals during a crime suppression operation throughout the City of Santa Clarita, said Deputy Natalie Arriaga, spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

“One arrest was that of a male adult for possessing a large amount of heroin and fentanyl for sales,” Arriaga said.

The smallest amount of fentanyl can cause a fatal overdose, and is often laced onto other drugs without the user’s knowledge, Arriaga added.

“Thank you J-Team deputies for helping keep our community safe,” Arriaga added.

  1. Glad they were caught ! Interesting, “the smallest amount of fentanyl can cause a fatal overdose “, the illegal deadly Meth & Fentanyl were found in George Floyd’s body——

  2. Keep up the good work. CA should be able to have at least 1 community that doesnt have to tolerate the flood of this stuff and the crime that goes along with it. You users, go back to the SFV, Venice, Santa Monica, downtown and leave SCV to be the one place people can go in CA to get away from this crap.

  3. Here Here!! Wherever Liberals go, degeneration follows, truth/facts!!

About Louie Diaz

Louie was born and raised in Santa Clarita. At the age of two Louie lost his vision due to a brain tumor. However, Louie doesn't let blindness stop him from doing what ever it is he wants to accomplish. Growing up some of his favorite hobbies were wood working, fishing and riding bikes. Louie graduated from College of the Canyon in December of 2017, with a Broadcast Journalism degree. Growing up Louie has always wanted to be a fire fighter or a police officer, but because of his blindness Louie knew that wouldn't work. Louie has always loved listening to police and fire radio traffic, using a scanner, and he figured if he was going to listen to the scanner so much, he should do something with it.
