A man was arrested after reportedly hitting his grandfather with a hose and spitting on his grandmother in Santa Clarita Tuesday evening.
Around 6:10 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to a report of a man who had allegedly struck his grandfather with a water hose and spit on his grandmother on the 27000 block of Arcay Avenue in Canyon Country, said Deputy Natalie Arriaga spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
“We responded to the 27500 block of Arcay Ave regarding a grandson who possibly assaulted his grandmother,” Lt. James Royal with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station said.
Deputies confirmed that 30-year-old Lucas Gould had assaulted his grandfather, who sustained minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital, according to Arriaga.
Gould was arrested for felony elder abuse, and was transported to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station with bail set at $50,000, according to arrest records.Do you have a news tip?
