A Saugus woman who was arrested Tuesday on forgery charges after she was located towing a skateboarder behind her car was rearrested two days after being released from jail, officials said.
On Tuesday, Deanna Newman, 23, was spotted in Saugus towing a skateboarder behind her car, said Shirley Miller, spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
When deputies made contact with Newman, she was in possession of a fake driver’s License with a forged California seal resulting in her arrest, Miller said.
