A suspect allegedly attempting to run over a Six Flags Magic Mountain employee was taken into custody after a reported deputy-involved fight Saturday afternoon, officials said.
The incident was reported just before 5 p.m. Saturday near the employee lot of Six Flags off Magic Mountain Parkway in Valencia, according to Shirley Miller, spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
“The suspect was driving erratically in the area and attempted to run an employee over,” Miller said. “He was combative with deputies.”
Firefighters with the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the scene, but no victims were transported to the hospital, according to a dispatch supervisor for the department
Protests in the Valencia area earlier Saturday are about two miles away near Valencia Boulevard and McBean Parkway and are not believed to be connected to the deputy-involved fight, according to officials.
The suspect, who was possibly under the influence, was taken into custody, according to Miller.

I certainly hope that the driver wasn’t black and that the intended victim wasn’t white, or vice versa.
I hope this is not a hate Racial incident.
Protesters are protesters, rioters are rioters, and looters are looters. These all are not one and the same.
Who is being victimized besides the victim
Murdered by that cop? The residents of the struggling neighborhoods by the ones who have Burned and looted their cars, their businesses, and have brought violence in neighborhoods already victimized, taking away jobs, livelihoods, and stores, where these neighborhood
Residents shop.
Instead of one victim in this case, there are thousands if not millions around the country bearing even more hardship
And tragedy on account of the Riot violence. These
Innocents had nothing to do with this. But they bear the brunt of the violence brought against them.
We are ALL against injustice. We stand together as one against perpetuating this kind of violence.
Nothing has been learned since the Black riots of the Rodney King days! Uncivilized people will continue bad behavior till the end of time!
