  1. I’m not shedding tears.

  2. This story is covered much better on NBC4 and Signal sites. Driver crashed a red Corolla. This completely stopped traffic on I-5. I was in the backup 5 cars back. I thought it must have been a fatality, like a biker down, to stop all traffic. All kinds of CHP vehicles passed on the right, then fire and ambulance. It cleared after about 20 minutes with a few vehicles moved to the right shoulder, and all lanes open.
I think one CHP officer is red-faced and in trouble. Kudos to the perp for ending the situation without injuries to others.

  3. The CHP officers will be suited for discrimination——-the thief was marginalized, underserved, under-represented, disadvantaged by its choice!!

Louie was born and raised in Santa Clarita. At the age of two Louie lost his vision due to a brain tumor. However, Louie doesn't let blindness stop him from doing what ever it is he wants to accomplish. Growing up some of his favorite hobbies were wood working, fishing and riding bikes. Louie graduated from College of the Canyon in December of 2017, with a Broadcast Journalism degree. Growing up Louie has always wanted to be a fire fighter or a police officer, but because of his blindness Louie knew that wouldn't work. Louie has always loved listening to police and fire radio traffic, using a scanner, and he figured if he was going to listen to the scanner so much, he should do something with it.
