Let me guess Palmdale or Bakersfield.
It’s in Stevenson Ranch which is adjacent to Valencia.
Is this really a robbery? Sounds like shoplifting to me. When I read robbery I think the opening scene of Pulp Fiction.
It’s what is called strong arm Robbery. The use of force or coersion makes it Robbery instead of shop lifting.
211 PC ( California penal code) use of force or fear to commit a theft constitutes robbery.
Roger that, thank you for clarifying
OMITTED: What the robber looked like!!
It’s sad to hear that Walmart loss prevention Agent was pushed. And that the bod guys got away.
I remember more then a decade ago a worst incident at the same location. I both witnessed and intervened in. That time the loss prevention agent was knocked out by the shop lifter turned robber. And the robber was in the middle of strangling a member of management. I steeped in And I got punched and returned the favor. He was out like a light and I quickly used the loss preventions agents cuffs. I then gave first aid , by helping to revive him. He asked if he had cuffed the suspect while he was knocked out. I referred him to watch the video. The sheriff was there in a flash and as soon as put the prisoner in back of there RMP he kicked out all of the back windows. I was glad I prevented the serious injury to the manager. I thought I was back in NY were I made 100’s of similar violent criminal arrests…
