Facilitators Laura Kazan, Lisa Rittenhouse, and Bethany Maddox joined SCVi’s Eye On The Valley with host Matt Watson and discussed the iLEAD Exploration Program and how they are assisting students into colleges across the country, the experience of working in iLEAD, and the benefits it’s giving students.
Flexibility In Working iLEAD
Laura Kazan has learned that the freedom she was given with iLEAD has allowed her to build something great for students she works with. Out of the box thinking was something she was able to benefit from without restrictions from a district, state, or government.
Bethany Maddox has been able to feel gratitude and that warm environment has helped her be efficient in her line of work whether its creating an idea or making a suggestion to formulate a team discussion, she said.
Lisa Rittenhouse was attracted to the iLEAD program due to the value of home study, project based learning opportunity, and letting a learner follow their passion and interests. She has seen substantial amounts of growth with her time in the iLEAD program and hopes to see continued prosperity.
