The Valencia High School Jazz Band is performing their first benefit concert since the pandemic at a local pizzeria on Sunday.
At the Pocock Pizzeria in Valencia this weekend, the Valencia High School Jazz Band is scheduled to perform their jazz numbers to benefit the Valencia High School music programs.
“The first benefit concert since the pandemic, it’s a chance for people to enjoy jazz music from VHS’s award-winning ensemble while eating some of the best pizza in the valley,” read a statement from Valencia High School.
The event is scheduled between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Sunday at the Pocock Brewing Pizzeria at 24907 Avenue Tibbitts Suite B in Santa Clarita.
The suggested donation is $10 and all proceeds are being allocated to purchase and repair instruments at Valencia High School.
