The creator, owner and chef of Pickles N Peas is Omar Saad. Propelled by his multi-social foundation, Chef Omar Saad draws motivation from Lebanon, West Africa, New England and Connecticut to make a mouth-watering flavor profile.

Omar Saad founded Pickles N Peas after being a successful chef in restaurants from across the nation. Chef Saad has worked in Miami, Las Vegas and Los Angeles at places such as the MGM Grand, Caesar’s Palace and The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company.

Pickles & Peas is a modern Mediterranean concept that brings old world recipes to new generations.  This amazing and delicious food truck has many food options for their customers. Pickles N Peas serves savory wraps, fresh salads and marinated meats grilled to perfection, among other things.

They serve up a mixture of flavorful spiced meats and vegetables folded into cloud-like za’atar-bound bread, Mediterranean rice bowls, lemon kissed cultivate crisp plates of mixed greens, life-changing broiled garlic aioli and more.
